Login management uses the "cookies" feature. If cookies are not enabled, you cannot log into the management screen. The procedure (for Windows) is described below.
With Chrome and Firefox, cookies are enabled by default.
Procedure for Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9
1. Select [Internet Options] from the [Tools] menu.
※ If the menu bar is not displayed, press the [Alt] key on the keyboard.
2. Click the [Privacy] tab.
3. Click the [Defaults] button.
※ If you cannot click the [Defaults] button, the defaults are already set (i.e. cookies are enabled).
4. Click the [OK] button.
